Dr.Meghan MyersOwner, Veterinarian
Dr. Meghan Myers was born and raised in Hershey. She is a graduate of Hershey High School and continued her undergraduate education at Penn State. In 2006, she attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and obtained her degree in veterinary medicine. Dr. Myers practiced veterinary medicine in the Lebanon and Palmyra area prior to purchasing Hershire Animal Hospital from Dr. Brauner in 2016. Owning a practice in her hometown has been a dream of Dr. Myers' since veterinary school. Her special interests include abdominal ultrasounds and internal medicine, with a special focus on long term management of endocrine diseases such as diabetes, and dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, their sons Benjamin and Henry, their 3-legged chihuahua mix Crabby, and their 3 cats Leon, Theodore and Chester.

Dr. Susan ZhangAssociate Veterinarian
Dr. Susan Zhang grew up in New Jersey and attended NYU for her undergraduate studies before graduating from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She completed a small animal rotating internship and then practiced in her hometown for a few years prior to moving out to California. She returned to the east coast and lives locally with her husband and their son. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, eating, hiking, and traveling. Her cat and dog, Cheerio and Tater keep her plenty busy as well.

Dr.Erika GallisdorferAssociate Veterinarian
Dr. Erika Gallisdorfer is a Lancaster-native. She attended West Virginia University for her undergraduate studies before graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. Attending these two schools resulted in Dr. Gallisdorfer being an avid college football fan. After graduation she spent 5 years practicing out in Denver, CO before moving back to the east coast where she practiced in the Lancaster area before joining Hershire in 2022. Dr. Gallisdorfer and her husband have two boys that keep them very busy and can often be found at a hockey rink, wrestling room, baseball diamond, or lacrosse field depending on the season. In the spare time that is left, she enjoys road trips with her family, the outdoors, and relaxing with a good book, a cup of tea and her two cats.

Dr.Laura WojcikAssociate Veterinarian
Dr. Wojcik grew up in Montgomery County, and she attended the University of Massachusetts for her undergraduate studies and obtained her veterinary degree from Western University of Health Sciences in southern California. After graduating veterinary school, Dr. Wojcik worked as a mixed animal veterinarian and then a small animal veterinarian in eastern Washington. After a few years, she decided to move back to Pennsylvania and joined the Hershire team in June 2023. When not working she enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and spending time with her husband, her son, and their two dogs Padfoot and Leonidas.

Dr.Lindsay BohlingAssociate Veterinarian
Dr. Lindsay Bohling grew up in New Jersey and attended University of Connecticut for her undergraduate studies in animal science before graduating from University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She practiced in New Jersey for a few years before moving to Pennsylvania. In her free time she enjoys hikes with her yellow lab Addison, and goldens Cal and Quinn, yoga, and DIY crafts. Any chance she gets you can find her at the beach. She also has three rescue cats: Harrison, CeCe, and George.

Dr.Autumn HynsonAssociate Veterinarian
Dr. Autumn Hynson graduated from Virginia Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She was born and raised in Maryland, but has worked in the Hershey area since graduation. In her free time, Dr. Hynson enjoys running, baking, traveling and spending time with her husband, their three children, and their three cats.

Dr.Hannah BowmanAssociate Veterinarian
Dr. Hannah Bowman grew up just outside of Hershey, in the neighboring town of Palmyra. She graduated from Palmyra Area High School and went on to complete her undergraduate studies at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. She continued her education at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine located in St. Kitts and Nevis. Due to the unique experience of completing her pre-clinical studies on a Caribbean Island, she went on to complete her clinical year at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After, she graduated from Ross University in 2025. She is excited to re-join the Hershire team, as Dr. Myers afforded her the opportunity to shadow and work there throughout high school and college. She was an avid soccer player growing up, even able to play at the collegiate level at Walsh University. In her free time, she enjoys playing games (both indoors and outdoors), going camping, and being active with her family and friends.

Stephanie MillerPractice Manager
Stephanie grew up in Lebanon County and graduated from ELCO High School. After graduation, she moved to coastal North Carolina and began her career as a veterinary technician in 2008. After over 4 years of living by the beach, she returned to PA in 2012 and continued her career as a veterinary technician in the Lebanon county area before joining Dr. Myers at Hershire in 2017. Steph became our Practice Manager in 2021. In her spare time, she is a bookworm, she and her husband enjoy fishing and kayaking, they frequently visit the NC coast, and she enjoys gardening and cooking. She takes being a dog-mom to her very spoiled dog, Panda, to an admittedly extreme level. She and her husband also have six rescued cats who rule their house.

CourtneyVeterinary Technician, Office Administrator
Courtney grew up in Mechanicsburg and graduated from Cumberland Valley High School. After graduating, she was undecided on her career path but eventually found a passion for veterinary medicine. Courtney attended YTI for Veterinary Technology and graduated in January of 2020 with an Associate in Specialized Technology. Courtney has 2 cats, Coral and Dory, who love to do zoomies around the house. On the weekends, Courtney loves to watch her nephews race quarter midgets and spend time with her family and friends at the track.

AngieFront Desk Supervisor
Angie was born and raised in Lebanon County. Angie raised her two daughters before starting her career as an animal care technician at the Humane Society. She eventually made her way into the veterinary field, and has been working in the field for over 15 years. Angie has a vizsla named Wynchester and a cat named Loki. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, and spending time with her family. Especially her grandchildren.

AshlaeVeterinary Technician Supervisor
Ashlae grew up in Middletown before she relocating to Pittsburgh where she attended the Veterinary Technician Institute in 2013. She graduated from VTI in 2015 and moved to the Hershey area where she started her career in small animal practice. In her spare time, Ashlae enjoys spending time with her two children going to all kinds of sporting events and fun activities in the Hershey area. She has a pug named Snooki and a one-eyed cat named Dembe.

NichelleSurgical Technician Supervisor, CVT
Nichelle grew up in Brooklyn, NY before relocating with her family to the Harrisburg area. Nichelle graduated from YTI in 2015, earning an Associates Degree in Special Science. Nichelle started her career as a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2015. In her spare time, Nichelle enjoys real-estate, music, and spending time with her 3 children, dog, and 3 cats. Nichelle has strong interest and experience in small animal surgery and anesthesia. Nichelle became the supervisor of our surgical team in 2022.

MelissaVeterinary Technician
Melissa grew up in Summerville, South Carolina and moved to the Harrisburg a couple of years ago before joining the Hershire team. Melissa started her career in veterinary medicine in 2017, and loves working with animals. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, and traveling south to see her family, and spending time outdoors. Melissa has 2 chihuahuas, Baby and Charlie.

HeatherVeterinary Technician
Heather grew up in Mechanicsburg, and lives in the Middletown area. She has always had a strong passion for animals, and started her career in the veterinary industry in 2019. She is shares her home with her 4 rescue cats (Ares, Tykhe, Moros, and Allistar). Heather enjoys kayaking, photography, horror movies, going to concerts, and getting tattoos. She also has a strong interest in working alongside Dr. Myers in all of her abdominal ultrasounds!

SkylarVeterinary Technician
Skylar has been working with animals for over seven years and only traversed into the veterinary medicine a couple of years ago. They enjoy creepy, crawly friends as much as the fluffy ones, including bugs of all shapes and sizes! They have four cats at home that do like to cause mischief. In their free time, they enjoy playing video games, reading horror novels, and collecting furbies.

Rene grew up in both York and Harrisburg. She graduated from Millersville University in 2022 with a degree in Animal Behavior. In her spare time, she likes hiking, running, and crafting. She has two dogs, Tuna and Elle, two cats, Charlie and Callie, and one guinea pig, Byn.

Charity grew up in Middletown and graduated from Middletown Area High School. Charity is currently attending Penn State Harrisburg campus for Veterinary Science. Her goal is to become a veterinarian. Charity shares her home with 3 cats, 3 dogs. Her family also has an assortment of chickens too! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and loves being outdoors!

Kelsi grew up on a farm on the outskirts of Hummelstown where her love for animals of all shapes and sizes blossomed. In 2019 she graduated from Dauphin County Tech with her Veterinary Assistant Certification. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Along with spending time with her family, Kelsi is always on her toes taking care of all of her personal pets including three dogs, two cats, and a chinchilla. Kelsi loves meeting new furbabies at the office!

Erin was born and raised in Lebanon county. She has been a veterinary receptionist since 2021, and finds fulfillment through helping people and their pets. She grew up with many different animals including cats, dogs, rodents, a snake, a duckling, and even piranhas. She also volunteers with a local cat rescue. Erin lives with her husband, 5 charming cats, and several fish. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature trails, and working toward becoming a reiki master practitioner.
